From approximately 2:00 AM MST on Oct 20 2024 to approximately 6:00 AM MST on Oct 21st, 2024 there existed an issue in a webservice which impeded a few aspects of the PDK platform operating as expected, specifically:
* Delivery of events originating from cloud nodes via webhook calls was delayed
* Status updates in the “System and Health” portions of the interface were not arriving
* Recent events were not appearing in event reports
This issue was fixed and message delivery was back online at approximately 6AM on Monday Oct 21, 2024. At that time the events which occurred during the interruption were processed. This issue did not affect normal access control activates or the ability to manage systems except for in the areas mentioned above.
