During routine system maintenance of our cloud infrastructure an anomaly occurred that temporarily prevented access to the cloud node user interfaces within PDK.IO between 2:05AM and 2:50AM Mountain Time. This interruption did not affect the on-site operation of the PDK access control with the exception of touch-to-open operation through mobile apps. All other operations (operation of doors/gates, use of bluetooth or physical credentials, auto-open schedules, rule execution, webhook calls, etc) were not affected. This issue has been fully addressed and we do not anticipate any further interruptions of this type.
